How long does setup really take?
Most operators are collecting their first M-Pesa payment the same afternoon. Sign up in ~60 seconds, paste one line into your MikroTik to add a router, and you're live. No sales calls, no PDFs.
Do I need to move my customers off my current setup?
No rip-and-replace. You can import existing PPPoE users by CSV and add routers one at a time. RADIUS keeps authenticating your customers throughout.
What does it cost — really?
A small share of what you earn: 2% of hotspot revenue (min KES 500/mo), KES 20 per PPPoE client (KES 18 when bundled). No setup fee, no per-router fee, unlimited MikroTiks and subscribers. Use the calculator above for your numbers.
What happens to my customers if the app goes down?
Nothing. FreeRADIUS authenticates your subscribers independently of the admin app, so an app hiccup is never a network outage. Daily backups and EU data residency keep your data safe.
